Description

Overview

Morphious™ V1 is a high-end particle size, shape and concentration analyzer designed specifically
for pellets and powders and based on advanced machine vision technology. The system comes from
Microptik B.V. and is supplied by Kreator Lab BG as an official representative for
customers who need fast, reliable and highly detailed information on pellet quality.

The Morphious™ V1 is extremely easy to understand and operate, yet it delivers top-quality real-time data
about particle size, concentration, morphology and surface defects of your pellets and powder granules. Regular and
controlled size and shape of pellets and granules greatly contribute to product quality and performance during further
processing steps.

How it works

The system is equipped with a hopper that collects the sample on a vibration table,
where granules are gently dispersed and transported to the free-fall measuring cell. During the free fall,
a top-quality CCD camera (USB 3.0, CMOS, 60.0 fps, 1600 × 1200, 1.92 MPix, 1/1.8″) captures all necessary
details of each granule.

All sorts of defects can be easily visualized and quantified with the help of
two-dimensional morphometric plots. This makes Morphious™ V1 a powerful tool not only for basic size
and shape analysis, but also for detailed defect classification and quality control.

The system is applicable both for laboratory studies and for in-line inspection in
factory environments, providing continuous feedback on pellet quality directly from the production line.

Controlled by professional Mishell™ software, extra-powered by AI, the Morphious™ V1 system can deliver
some of the most valuable and precise real-time data on particle size, morphology and concentration in your sample.
